Online Therapy for Adults, Couples & Families
Access your core self, heal relationship systems, and unlock profound transformation. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting. I invite you to a safe, empathetic, and emotionally attuned space where you can feel deeply seen and heard. Together, we will gently identify and process avoided or suppressed emotions, helping you experience a more profound sense of authenticity and connection with yourself and others.
My Clinical Approach
With 20 years in the clinical field, my practice prioritizes a least-invasive-first, mindfulness-based lens. I pull from Bowen Family Systems and Narrative Therapy to look at the patterns that shape your life. My clinical background spans diverse research and practice:
- Systemic Therapy: Extensive training in Vancouver working with hundreds of clients, couples, and families.
- Complex Diagnostics: Historical clinical research in bipolar disorder and substance use.
- Neurodevelopmental Support: Years of foundational experience providing autism therapy for children and teenagers.
Today, my virtual practice focuses entirely on helping adults, couples, and families navigate life's complexities using holistic, systems-based thinking.
Who I Work Best With
I deeply resonate with unique, creative clients who may feel misunderstood, isolated, or unseen. If you have grown up carrying the weight of family anxiety, or if you feel out of sync with the world around you, I offer an alternative lens. My practice is designed for those open to discovering the beauty of the present moment and exploring new possibilities for their future.
Grounded in Nature and Mindfulness
Outside of the therapy room, my personal journey is intimately connected to nature, movement, and mindfulness. Whether I am practicing meditation and yoga, skiing, hiking, or spending time with horses, I hold a deep respect for all living things. This passion for the outdoors and global travel keeps my clinical practice grounded, vital, and compassionate.
